In the beginning, Loubie would only hug Fernandez-Chavez, but that soon changed.
Loubie branched out and started hugging neighbors and then just any person she saw walking the street!
As you can imagine, the people were shocked, and a lot of photos were taken of the hugging dog! Loubie doesn’t just hug anyone, and you can’t ask for a hug.
Loubie decides who she will hug. After getting a hug from Loubie, everyone walks away with a smile.
