The gesture got Texas Roadhouse some positive press in the midst of a heartbreaking situation. Other restaurants have also done similar things for veterans or fallen officers. On veteran’s day, it isn’t uncommon to see a table that has been reserved for our heroes in uniform.
Sometimes, Texas Roadhouse even takes care of their military veterans by covering their meal!
Our police officers and military personnel risk their lives every day to ensure our safety and freedom.
We all need to take the time to honor those who are willing to give their lives for us. Thank an officer or visit a veteran’s hospital during the holidays.
