It is the cast iron pan!

My grandmother had one, and she swore by it. Did you know that cooking in a cast iron pan is actually good for you? Plus, it won’t scratch if you use metal utensils.
Non-stick pans like the Teflon coated copper, and aluminum pans may allow toxic chemicals to get in your food as the coating gets old and wears off.
It only takes about a year of use for that to happen!
