Zeke was born with what is commonly referred to as ‘water on the brain,’ or hydrocephalus. It means that he had a build up of CSF (cerebral spinal fluid) in the ventricles of his brain. According to Medical News Today, the disorder is caused by a blockage that prevents the fluid from draining properly.
