Guangzhou is the largest city and the capital of Guangdong province in Southern China. Here, some kittens were found in a box and all covered with yellow paint.
They were simply left to die in the box. Yue You Meng, a 27 year-old woman, was credited for finding them.
She was strolling down a street when she heard meowing nearby.
Then, she found a box of kittens who were struggling to survive.

The paint was almost completely dry, sticking their legs together and hindering movement.
They were also experiencing difficulty breathing due to the paint.

Despite her efforts to remove the paint by herself, the paint was very difficult to remove so she took them to a vet.

Thankfully, the vet was able to remove the paint by trimming the kittens’ fur.
The kittens were even adopted by Ms. Yue!

Unfortunately, since China does not have any laws against animal abuse, animal abusers will not be charged for what they have done.
