Beale later identified two of her alleged attackers as Luke Williams and Steven McCormack. According to court documents, Beale had spent time with Williams one evening, and he had planned to have her attacked in a garage by the other men, including McCormack.

When she was being questioned in court about exactly what happened that night, Beale got upset and stormed out of the courtroom! The prosecution caught her in a lie, and she got angry! So, Beale has a history of lying about sexual assault.
She was charged with perjury and perverting the course of justice.
