Ann wasn’t able to care for the cat – or so she thought. Leaving the cat at the shelter was upsetting, and she cried all the way home. The cat wasn’t too pleased about being left at the shelter either.
Twenty minutes after Ann left, so did the cat. He escaped!
A few days later, Ann thought she heard her husband talking to someone in the kitchen. It was 5:30 am, and she was utterly confused. She didn’t know he he was speaking with at that hour.

That’s when a miracle happened. She walked in and saw the cat (now named Fancy)! He came home – and this time, he wasn’t going to be leaving.
