In Vancouver, British Columbia, Benjamin Danforth found this tiny Rufous Hummingbird on the sidewalk. It was injured. Benjamin and his partner were able to bring the bird inside and give it sugar water from an eye dropper bottle. After the bird had drunk its fill, they did take him to an animal care center so he could be treated for his injuries.
In the video, you will see the tiny little bird drink from the bottle! So cute! We are the guardians of this planet. We need to take care of all its creatures – both animal and man. Please follow Benjamin’s example. If you see an animal in need, reach out and try to help.
