Briggs LocHaven and his brother, Chris Vanness, rescued puppies from certain death. The brother saws the pups run across a remote highway between Arizona and Colorado. The puppies had been left on the side of the road. The two puppies were dehydrated but friendly.

Neither pup was willing to let the friendly humans leave them alone on the road – they both jumped in the car without hesitation! The brothers documented the next few days with the dogs. They fed the pups and gave them plenty to drink.
In return, the puppies gave lots of kisses! Eventually, the puppies were given to a friend who rescues dogs. Both puppies now have a new home and a family!

They will be able to live together too! Sadly, we will never know who left the puppies in the middle of nowhere to die. Happily, they are safe, loved, and will never be abandoned again!
