Donovan realized he could even be fired for it – but, saving the dog’s life was more important at the time. The family who got the late pizza were not upset when Donovan told them why he was late. Mr. Snickers’ human dad had just moved.
The address on Mr. Snickers’ collar was for the old house. Thankfully, some neighbors took Mr. Snickers and promised to get him back home!
Many believe that Mr. Snickers somehow ran off from his new home and then got confused and couldn’t find his way back to the old (or new) house.
So, be kind to that pizza delivery person – they don’t have an easy job! Sometimes, they have to be superheroes on while they are out delivering pizzas!
