For the past twenty years, Kayla Filoon has worked with homeless dogs. She started as a dog walker for the ACCT Philly. Recently Kayla meat Russ, a 4-year-old pit bull. Russ was a little special. Kayla remembers that Russ came into the shelter very thin and had patchy fur.
Despite his condition, Kayla could see there was a loving dog.
