YouTube user Luna Angel bought some quail eggs from the grocery store and took them home. For no particular reason, Luna gave one of the eggs to her parakeet Pi-chan. Pi-chan’s maternal instinct kicked in, and she sat on the egg despite the fact that it wasn’t her egg (or even the same species)! To Luna’s surprise, the egg hatched!
