On Miramar Beach in India, a vet student had been using a poor puppy for practice and amputated its rear paws.
The 14 month-old mixed breed puppy named Prince was found hiding under a bush by a passerby.
Chris Holmyard, a British tourist, rescued the puppy and took it to a veterinarian for an examination.
The vet could tell that the amputation of the puppy’s paws was carried out by a vet trainee.
Prince had just started to heal while he was at the shelter.
Even though Chris did not intend to adopt him, Prince’s condition turned for the worse.
So Chris took the matter into his own hands. He took Prince from the shelter and personally nursed him back to health.
Now, Chris is preparing for Prince to be transported to his country when he has enough cash.
