Drinking enough water can remove bacteria from the bladder, preventing these irritating infections from happening at all.

7. Bad moods

It takes only extremely mild dehydration to result in irritation or moodiness due to changes in the brain chemistry.

8. Muscle cramps

You can go for yoga or massages to counter this, but it may be just as simple as drinking enough water.

Blood circulation slows down when you don’t have enough liquid in your system.
