This is one of the success stories of service dogs and army veteran reunions – all coordinated by a woman named Molly Oliver. Sergeant Tom Hansen and his dog Taylor served overseas as a pair, and were deeply upset when Tom had to leave her behind. Taylor was the reason why Tom was still alive.
Their story is a touching one, and Molly tried her very best to make Tom’s wish come true – by surprising him at the airport with a very much welcomed guest upon arrival! Tom and Taylor’s story was so popular that even the local news outlets reported about their reunion!
