Everest and Poly were cleaned, shampooed and given a lot of TLC.
Within a few days, both were feeling much better!
As for their former owner, it is expected that they will face fines and maybe jail time.
The local prosecutor has to decide whether to prosecute the case. It is a no brainer – prosecute!
