Buster is a dog that grew up outdoors and didn’t really know what it was like to be loved by a family.
He was chained to a small post in his yard with the chain being so tight around his neck that it cut into his skin.
Fortunately, someone noticed how Buster was being treated and make a few phone calls so that he could be removed from his home.
The family agreed to give Buster to PETA officials so that they could provide the care the dog needed.
Buster’s cuts were treated, and he was given an examination to determine if there were any other health issues.
Once he was given a clean bill of health, it was time to find a home for Buster.
A woman saw pictures of the dog and wanted to adopt him. Members of the agency took Buster to the home to meet his new owner.
He greeted the woman with plenty of kisses as soon as she opened the door to see him sitting on her front porch.
Now, they can spend their days loving each other.
