A Florida couple named Warren and Maureen Nyerges recently took their fate in the own hands – by turning the tables on the Bank of America! The bank actually tried to wrongfully foreclose on their home located in Collier County, and the couple took the injustice to court. The case went on for a year and a half, and they won the lawsuit!
The bank had to pay the couple $2,534 worth of legal fees – but the duo reported that they have not received any for the last 5 months after their last court date! Therefore, authorities had to step in – and attempted to seize the bank’s assets! This alarmed the bank, and they finally paid the couple. Sweet justice, this is!
