Police officers in the Marietta area of Cass County were investigating a shooting that took place early hours in the morning. According to the officers, they were investigating a possible accidental shooting took place in the 27,000 block of Highway 77 just before 3 a.m on Thursday.
The man involved later told them that he had took a shot at an armadillo but instead, it had ricocheted back into his head!
