After not having had much contact with humans, Lazarus was a little concerned at first about what they were doing.
As the pounds of heavy and dirty fur started to fall away, he calmed down and realized the humans were there to help.
Offering him treats was another thing they did that helped him relax. Soon, Lazarus was able to accept their love and kisses. Big Fluffy Dog Rescue took over care for Lazarus.
He is now adjusting to his new life at a foster home. The founder of Big Fluffy Dog, Jean Harrison, says that Lazarus is a loving and sweet dog.
