Powell said that she said good morning to the officer and wondered if he needed help. He beamed and said no, he was just cleaning his windows. He held up the bottle of Rain-X cleaner and then asked her if he could clean hers.
Powell said that it wasn’t necessary, but he insisted. Soon another car pulled over. This was an elderly couple – guess what the officer did? He cleaned their windows too! Then all the people joined hands and said a prayer. Right there along the side of the road.
