Carrillo and his partner loaded the dog into their truck and took him to a no-kill shelter nearby called Peewee’s Pet Adoption. The veterinarian looked the dog over and said that he was in good condition, but did have heartworms.

So, while the dog is now safe and in good hands, the monster responsible for tying him up and leaving him for dead may never be found.
We need to be the voice of those who can’t speak.
