In August 2015, the Beagle Freedom Project received a phone call about a pure-bred husky needing a home after it was found near Seal Beach Animal Care Center as a stray. His microchip lead him to a notorious laboratory – he was used for human testing and then abandoned!
Nate recovers at the Seal Beach Animal Care Center, where is sent to a loving foster home where he can learn to be part of a human family. He has been in rehabilitative care ever since, and is now ready for adoption!
