Unfortunately in Ohio, anti-tethering laws do not exist to prevent dog owners from tying up their dogs for an entire day.
A puppy named Fanny has spent her life chained up. As such, it is considered legal to keep Fanny chained up in her owner’s backyard.

Fanny stays in an iron box and is only provided with a bowl of water and some food.
She was never allowed to explore outside due to her chains.

Even though animal control has been called up to take action against Fanny’s owner, he has not broken any laws so nothing can be done for Fanny.
