The video below is really disturbing. A dog is seen walking along Oak Loop Canal in Bilston, United Kingdom. You can tell the dog is happy because he is darting here and there with his tail up – then his angry owner appears and seems to yell at him. Then the beating begins. There doesn’t seem to be a reason at all for why the man bashes the dog repeatedly.
They take few more steps, and the man lashes out again. The footage was captured by Steve Child’s security camera, and the RSPCA is asking the public to help and identify this cruel man. Childs was understandably upset after seeing the video and is worried about the animal’s welfare.
