We need to all be the voice for animals that are mistreated. They cannot speak for themselves – speak up for them. Just look at this photo. Can you believe this? Who does she think she is? This photo was taken in Los Angeles, and as you can see the cat is literally being dragged down the street. The woman who took the picture said the cat was like this for at least four blocks.
Another witness, Shifrah, reportedly demanded that she stop dragging her cat like that – but she just kept going. Shifrah did call 911 and kept following the woman. Eventually, the woman, who was wearing a blonde wig, ran off and left the cat behind. The cat was taken to East Valley Animal Shelter for treatment.
