This is Hector Manuel Ramos, 22, from Harris County, Texas. He is a killer and is on the run. He killed the family dog with a machete on January 28. During a heated argument with his mother, the young boy did the unexpectable.
Ramos grabbed the machete and started stabbing the small terrier in the front yard, the dog did not survive the attack.
If found, he could face up to 10 years in jail for animal cruelty.
Witnesses say the attack was torturous and brutal. No dog deserves that – and the dog hadn’t even been in the house and had done nothing wrong. After killing the dog, Ramos ran away. The police were called, but Ramos is gone. It is believed he went to Mexico.
