Three students from the State University of New York purchased an old couch during a sale the Salvation Army had. The couch was dirty and smelly, with a price tag of $20. However, one night when the three students named Reese, Lara, and Cally respectively found something unexpected – the couch had a hidden surprise!
At first, it was simply an envelope with $700 in it. Then it became a grand total of $40,000! The trio also found a contact number on one of the envelopes, and contacted the woman i question. They even did the most gracious thing – by returning her late husband and her savings back to them!
