This tiny little guy is named Chili. Joan Bowell rescued Chili. Actually, Chili is one of many cats that Joan has rescued over the years on a Greek Island. Joan runs a rescue called God’s Little People. She moved to Greece years ago from Denmark. Joan heard Chili crying.
She searched a field covered with tall bamboo and finally find the tiny kitten. He was with another kitten who had died.
Chili’s eyes were sealed shut with an infection, he was weak, malnourished, and filthy. Joan scooped him up and took him home.
She bathed him and gave him a bottle of milk. He was put in a box and kept warm. About 14 hours later, he opened both eyes!
