Take a look at this poor horse. His name is Norman, and he is 14. He collapsed in the middle of a busy intersection in New York at 2 am. You would think his owner would be concerned for his welfare – but no.
The carriage driver was yelling at the poor horse.
Bogdan Paul Angheluta came upon the scene and took the pictures you are looking at. Norman was simply too exhausted to go further.
Angheluta said that moments before Norman fell, he saw the driver try to push Norman to make it through the intersection before the light turned red.
A veterinarian later investigated and determined that Norman tripped and fell. Whatever the reason, Norman did deserve to be treated better.
You shouldn’t push an animal so hard that they become exhausted and then yell at them. Have compassion.
Share away, people.
