Lidiane Braga Carlos did not expect that her car would stop working while she was running errands. She was heading home after stopping briefly in the town of Campo Largo, Brazil. Then, her vehicle suddenly came to a halt after passing two blocks. She got out of the car in dismay to identify the issue. She opened up the hood of the car and was surprised to find a dog!
Despite being under the hood of the car, the dog was not injured at all. Actually, he was rather content being under it. This prompted Lidiane to call the the fire department for help. However, she had already managed to get him out of the engine bay with help from passerbys. As there was no obstruction in the engine bay, Lidiane’s car was back to normal. She then drove to the vet and brought the dog for an examination. Thankfully, he was healthy.

Although Lidiane is currently fostering the dog in her home, she hopes that his owner will approach her to get him back.

If not, she will put him up for adoption and place him into a suitable family.
