This on the heels of a recent law that passed in Wyoming making it legal to shoot wolves on sight. The law was passed two weeks after The White Lady’s death, and the person(s) are facing serious charges.
Currently, there is a $10,000 reward being offered for any information that leads to a conviction.
Wolves are vulnerable all across the United States because they are seen as killers.
Cotton says it is important for public land to be a refuge for species like wolves, lynx, wolverines, and grizzly bears. Rest in peace.
