Baby Orangutan Was Chained Between Two Buildings — And Left There For A Year

The man would feed Mingky fruit everyday. Passerbys would see him but simply minded their own business. Luckily for Mingky, help was on its way.

The OIC later found Mingky and immediately contact local wildlife authorities, stating that Mingky’s owner broke the law by keeping him. Mingky was later handed over to the OIC.

However, despite Mingky’s suffering, his former owner did not get arrested.
