When this man walked into the Shell gas station on SE Baseline and Third Street in Hillsboro, Oregon, with his dog in tow, he was difficult to miss. He walked angrily, yanking on the leash of his dog, pulling harshly. Sunshine Alexandria was in the station at the time and witnessed the incident.
The man pulled the dog upwards fiercely, hitting it so that it was too frightened to move, then he became even angrier and began to yell at it. He shouted at the dog and fiercely abused it, kicking and punching as hard as he could. The dog could only take it and cry. Horrified by what she’d witnessed, Alexandria quickly whipped out her phone to record what was happening.
