17-Year-Old Gives Everyone Goosebumps After Singing ‘Hallelujah’ Into An Old Well

The song “Hallelujah” is timeless and beautiful. Whether you’re a fan of the original Leonard Cohen version, or Jeff Buckley’s rendition, the one sung by Rufus Wainwright, or another cover by a different artist, few can deny that it’s a classic! While on a trip to Italy with her high school choir, Tiffany Day, a 17-year-old from Kansas, came across a well at the Rocca Albornoziana, a medieval castle in Spoleto.

She and her friends, being singers who value good acoustics, decided to test out the echo supplied by the well. To do so, Tiffany leaned in and sang “Hallelujah” into the well. Her beautiful singing reverberated across the walls of the well, resulting in a gorgeous effect that enhanced her already wonderful singing!
