When he was found, the dog was living as a stray. He was injured, hungry, and very scared. The injury to his tail has left some bone and nerves exposed.
An older injury has separated his spine making his back legs useless.

The dog could get around though – but he had to walk on his two front legs. When he was found, he was named Hands Solo.
The medical team went right to work to help ease his pain and suffering.
Thankfully, the team was able to fix his tail surgically.

Hands was given a lot of TLC and yummy homemade meals! He was headed for a new and amazing life – he just didn’t know it yet!
Hands didn’t realize that his back legs even worked after the surgery.
He had walked around on his front legs for so long that he needed to be taught how to use them again!
