Sarah, an expecting mother, had a huge surprise after showing the first ultrasound sonogram photos to her 5-year-old son, Ethan. After the ultrasound appointment, she gave the photos to Ethan in the car to see his reaction upon learning that he was going to become a big brother.
Sarah had already thought that Ethan would be happy after seeing the sonogram photos, but Ethan’s reaction gave her a huge surprise. Ethan had thought that it was a joke at first, but later shouts out in joy when he realized the truth!
