Sigmund is only three years old and had been adopted shortly after he arrived at Cat Haven WA, but was returned because the people said he was “too rough.”
So, what did Sigmund do to make himself more adoptable? He sticks his tongue out at people! HAHA!
Well, okay, that may not make him more adoptable, but people have sure taken notice!
