Before we start, we should tell you that the dog you see in the image was killed in a senseless act of cruelty in Newark, New Jersey.
According to reports, the dog, an apparent stray, was seen chasing people when suddenly a stranger appeared and took off his belt.
The dog was resting near some cars, and the man approached the dog and put his belt around the dog’s neck.
Then he lifted the dog up on a fence slowly strangling the dog.
The sight horrified bystanders rushed over to try and save the dog, but it was too late.
As the man walked away, he yelled out that he was not the dog’s owner.
Let us hope that the Newark Police are able to figure this whole thing out and find the man responsible for the death of the dog.
You have to wonder if the dog was being aggressive or just pleading for help.
