The show allows dancers to compete against each other regardless of age differences and styles.
The program gives the winner a chance to proceed to the next competition, “Strictly Come Dancing” and an extra £50,000 instant cash prize.
Autism with Attitude was determined to win from the first time they showcased their talents.
The audiences have watched all manner of dancing styles from ballet, breakdance to disco and more.
However, AWA brought in something special that the audience had never witnessed before.
Even though the captains have the final say after a performance, the audiences are part of the engine.
If the performance receives more than 75 percent acclamation, the secret mirror then opens up to show that the dancers have been promoted to the next competition.
The group put aside their shortcomings and decided that they would change the atmosphere.
The group members had all attended the same school, where their dance teacher allowed them to explore their dancing talents.
One of the member’s mother introduced them and left the audience moved after she said that the group was made up of kids with autism but had come a long way to prove that they could stand out and achieve their dreams.
This moved a number of the audience members to tears.
Shortly afterwards, AWA was all drowned in their hip-hop moves behind the mirror.
As the performance escalated, the audience couldn’t help but give AWA a standing ovation.
The response, clapping and cheering from the crowd encourage the dance group to dance even more vigorously after the mirror opened wide.
The judges all wore amused faces after the electric performance by the group.
The group members knew they were closer to making their dreams come true after listening to the comments from the judges.
