Meet Bella, a six-week-old puppy that suddenly lost the ability to walk! Sadly, her owner took her to the veterinarian and asked to have the pup put down! Sometimes we don’t know why people make these decisions so we won’t judge, but, the vet refused to put Bella down, and the owner left.

The doctor ran a series of tests to find out what was going on and also reached out to the founder of an animal recuse group called Hand In Paw, Piper Wood.

Wood and the clinic staff were saddened to learn that the test results showed Bella had been taken from her mother too soon. But, on a positive note, Bella wasn’t paralyzed, she was suffering from extreme hypoglycemia.
