Sometimes, you can stand in the checkout line at the store and the cashier never even looks at you. Makes you really feel welcome -right?
A coffee shop owner, Austin Simms, in Roanoke, Virginia got tired of how rude some of the customers were, that he changed his prices!
The CUPS Coffee & Tea shop now charges $5.00 for a small coffee to someone that has no manners, if you add the word “Please” to your order, you only pay $3.00 for that same cup.
If you add the word “Hello,” you pay a mere $1.75.
So, the bottom line here is that the nicer you are, the less money your coffee costs you!
