This small puppy was found by a man in Mission, Texas. The pup was lying in the grass with a wound on its head.
The man picked up the puppy and took photos. He posted the photos on Facebook to see if the dog belonged to anyone.
According to the man, the dog looked beat up.
Stacey Silverstein from Rescue Dogs Rock NYC got word about the puppy and had him taken to an emergency vet.
The little dog, now named Marley, is emaciated and is covered with ticks and fleas. So far, Marley has gotten two blood transfusions. His condition remains critical.
According to reports, Marley is not eating and is very weak.
