Meet the adorable little Napoleon, a mix between corgi and dachshund – he is known for his puppy tantrum! During a ride to McDonalds with his foster mother, he wanted to climb onto her lap, but she refused him as it was dangerous.
However, once the pup climbed back onto the passenger seat, he started to whine! He kept on doing so, and is shown frustrated and anxious without any human touch in the car! Perhaps a puppy seat and some treats would have came in handy?
