She was only 11 inches long and weighed 2.5 pounds when she was born. No one expected this tiny baby to live more than just a few days. How could she? She was way too small and very underweight. When she was eight months old, she was diagnosed with a rare form of primordial dwarfism. The baby’s parents had her baptized the day she was born. Only about 100 people on earth have primordial dwarfism.
It can cause delayed mental development, digestive problems, and respiratory illnesses. That was in 2003. Today that same girl, Kenadie Jourdin-Bromley is 12 years old!
