Chevron Gas came across a 12-year-old property which was fenced and there lay an elaborate memorial with fresh flowers decorating it on a daily basis.
The gas giant wanted to find out who was tending the land before embarking on their plans to reclaim their land.
The mystery man was Raymond Olson, who lost his son many years back due to a freak accident with a drunk driver.
He wanted to remember his beloved son by doing this, and had feared that it would be destroyed once they knew what it was.
But Chevron Gas decided to do something touching to honor Raymond’s son – and it made the Inspiring America news segment on local TV!
There are still kind-hearted people out there!
