A woman named Donna had suffered a miscarriage due to an attack by a dog, while Susie was a dog that had suffered abuse at the hands of her first owner. These two were fated to meet.Thankfully, Susie’s former owner was brought to justice and charged. That prompted Donna to campaign for tougher laws for animal abuse. The bill was even successfully passed!
BarkBox, a company supplying pet supplies, later decided to surprise those two for all their hard work! They gave them a trip to New York city along with a hotel suite that had an abundant supply of dog toys and treats! Donna spent her time relaxing in a beauty spa during the trip. She even received a donation of $1,000 from BarkBox to her fund to prevent animal abuse!
