Wei is being hailed as a hero for taking action to help the dog. I agree, in a country where dogs are raised and killed for meat one person willing to help dogs escape that torture is a hero. The X-rays showed that this dog was a very lucky dog – even though it had two arrows going all the way through its body – neither arrow hit any of her vital organs.

You will be happy to know that the dog, known called Quiver, has recovered from her ordeal. She remains safe at the shelter. Hopefully, some kind hearted person will come along and give her a forever home.
