Someone Tossed Away This Chihuahua Like Garbage, But Fate Had Other Plans

People can be so cruel. It is hard for me, as an animal lover, to understand why people would treat animals poorly. All animals have feelings. An animal that is treated right will be a blessing and a wonderful companion. I feel sorry for the people who abuse a helpless cat or dog. There is something terribly wrong with those folks.

A college employee walked saved this little puppy from the trash on a Santa Rosa Junior College’s campus in Santa Rosa, California. The tiny Chihuahua was rushed to Sonoma County Animal Services. Just look at how tiny she is – it is a miracle that the man found her!

The dog was named Darla, and she weighed only 2 pounds. Her age was estimated to be about 14 weeks. The college, at the time, posted an update about Darla on their Facebook page.
