Are you afraid of the dark? Do you like sleeping alone – or do you need someone next to you to get a good night’s sleep? Do you like sleeping? I have to say that sleeping is one of my favorite activities (if you can call it an activity). Anyway, not everyone likes to sleep – you do lose a lot of time and productivity when you sleep.
Sleep (like death and taxes) is a certainty. You need sleep. If you don’t go to bed or get enough sleep, your body will just shut down and force you to rest.
